CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

“Historic Latta Plantation is a non-profit, circa 1800 cotton plantation and living history farm. We serve 40,000 visitors annually through educational programs, special events, summer camps, workshops, and daily tours. In 2007 the North American Paranormal Society contacted us about conducting a scientific paranormal investigation. They conducted the first investigation here in early 2008, and we were extremely impressed.

Latta receives paranormal investigation requests from various groups on a weekly basis, all of which we turn away. When NAPS contacted us, the immediately stood out from the rest. NAPS has always been professional, courteous, respectful of our historic structures and artifacts, easy to work with, and organized. We trust them completely with the safety of the site while they are investigating.
Our partnership with NAPS has grown immensely. After conducting two private investigations of the site, the idea arose for a NAPS sponsored investigation that was open to the public. The evidence collected from prior investigations had already enhanced our annual October Ghost Tales Event. This new event not only brought in much needed additional revenues for our non-profit site, it provided the only event of its kind in the Charlotte area. The event was a huge success and sold out both nights. We look forward to a long partnership with NAPS and appreciate all they have done for Latta.”
